Cutting Barcelona short, our next trip was to northern Italy to see the cities Verona, Vicenza and Venice. We also stopped by Murano for a glass blowing demonstration.
Verona is the city of Romeo and Juliet so it is a very romantic city. We didn’t spend more that 2 hours in Vicenza so I didn’t really get a feel for it. Finally we had basically 2 days in Venice and it captured my heart.
There were no roads, if you were driving anywhere it was by boat! Unlike any other city I’ve ever seen.
